WOSC Pioneers Takes a Tough Blow From El Paso

Wosc Pioneers got things started in the first inning when Angel Cano grounded into a double play, but still managed to knock in one run.

El Paso took the lead for good with five runs in the fourth inning.  In the fourth #35 doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run, #14 doubled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run, and #10 homered on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.

#12 earned the win for El Paso. The pitcher surrendered four runs on six hits over six innings, striking out eight.  #20 threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.  #20 recorded the last three outs to earn the save for El Paso.

Breyllin Suriel took the loss for Wosc Pioneers. The pitcher allowed six hits and four runs over three innings, striking out two.

Wosc Pioneers socked two home runs on the day. Jorge Aldrete had a four bagger in the first inning. Angel Polanco went deep in the fourth inning.

Tyriq Kemp led Wosc Pioneers with two hits in four at bats.

El Paso collected 14 hits.  #14, #35, #1, #10, #34, and #15 all managed multiple hits for El Paso.
