Derek Cerda had the hot hand on Saturday, tallying five hits and leading Wosc Pioneers to a 22-1 victory over Carl Albert State College  Vikings Varsity.  Cerda singled in the first, hit a grand slam in the first, singled in the second, homered in the third, and tripled in the fourth.

An early lead helped propel Wosc Pioneers to victory.  Wosc Pioneers scored on a walk by Angel Cano, a single by Dariel Osoria, a single by Jorge Aldrete, a home run by Thomas Lora, and a grand slam by Cerda in the first inning.

Fabian Hernandez took the win for Wosc Pioneers. The southpaw surrendered one run on four hits over five innings, striking out eight.

Connor Martin took the loss for Carl Albert State College  Vikings Varsity. The righty allowed three hits and five runs.

Wosc Pioneers smacked four home runs on the day. Cerda had a four bagger in the first and third innings. Lora went deep in the first inning. Jose Vega had a homer in the third inning.

Wosc Pioneers racked up 14 hits.  Cerda, Aldrete, Vega, and Osoria all had multiple hits for Wosc Pioneers.  Cerda went 5-for-5 at the plate to lead Wosc Pioneers in hits.  Wosc Pioneers didn't commit a single error in the field. Vega had the most chances in the field with six.
