Wosc Pioneers beat UA Rich Mountain Bucks 6-3 on Saturday.

Wosc Pioneers tallied four runs in the fifth inning.  Wosc Pioneers's big inning was driven by home runs by Derek Cerda and Angel Cano and a single by Jose Vega.

Fabian Hernandez was credited with the victory for Wosc Pioneers. The lefty allowed eight hits and three runs over six and two-thirds innings, striking out ten.  Marshall Albertsz threw one-third of an inning in relief out of the bullpen.  Albertsz recorded the last out to earn the save for Wosc Pioneers.

Hunter Alexander took the loss for UA Rich Mountain Bucks. Alexander went five innings, allowing six runs on 11 hits, striking out three and walking zero.

Wosc Pioneers hit three home runs on the day. Cesar Franco had a dinger in the third inning. Cerda had a homer in the fifth inning. Cano had a long ball in the fifth inning.

Wosc Pioneers racked up 12 hits on the day.  Cerda, Vega, Dariel Osoria, and Franco all had multiple hits for Wosc Pioneers.  Franco, Osoria, Vega, and Cerda each collected two hits to lead Wosc Pioneers.  Wosc Pioneers didn't commit a single error in the field. Vega had  11 chances in the field, the most on the team.

UA Rich Mountain Bucks collected eight hits.  Kolby Webb and Blaine Vaughan each collected multiple hits for UA Rich Mountain Bucks.  UA Rich Mountain Bucks didn't commit a single error in the field. Trenton Smith had the most chances in the field with eight.
