Dominic (Nichole) Rodriguez, with her unique coaching style, is entering her third year of coaching at the Junior College level and her second year as Western's head coach.
Over the years, I have developed a passion for working with athletes at all levels. I have over 20 years of experience coaching all-star cheerleading at multiple Texas gyms and for two junior college programs. My background includes choreographing routines for high school, college, and all-star teams, helping them succeed at regional and national competitions. Notably, last year, I took the Western cheerleaders to NCA College Nationals for the first time in school history, a significant milestone in our journey.
My unwavering dedication is to build strong, cohesive teams, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, ensuring the best for the athletes.
